TRADENET SERVICES ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF TNETS V4.0
SINGAPORE — March 29, 2010 — Tradenet Services Pte. Ltd. (TNETS) today announced the launch of TNETS V4.0, its ground-breaking new cargo clearance permit declaration software. The new product which is being released to existing customers from today enables companies to process customs permits through the Singapore Customs declaration system at least 30% more efficiently than existing products allow.
TNETS has been the leading player in the customs document processing industry in Singapore for several years, having processed millions of customs permit transactions since it was founded in 2004 and is now adding ‘leading Tradenet software provider’ to its impressive list of credentials.
TNETS long-standing expertise in customs is a key component to address the complex challenges faced by global trade facilitation management, and the company has used its considerable experience of addressing this challenge to develop the TNETS V4.0 software; the latest version of Singapore Customs-approved TRADENET declaration software.
Commenting on the launch, TNETS director, Mr Hameed Ghouse said, “Our success in developing TNETS 4.0 stems from the advantage we have of having been a user of competing software over the years. We know where the inefficiencies are and have been able to ensure that they have been overcome in our own product. In addition to this we have added a host of new features which significantly reduce the processing time per permit.”
Added his fellow director, Mr Gerard Justin, “It is thanks to our in-depth knowledge of our clients’ requirements, plus the outstanding efforts of our software development team, that we have been able to deliver this release on time, within budget, and with all of the features which we set out to include.”
“The operational knowledge we gain as users on a daily basis has enabled us to build a product which is intuitive, innovative and cost-saving as proven in the extensive beta-testing we have been running these past months. This advantage will allow us to remain upto speed with customer requirements and ahead of competing products in future releases.” he added.
Moving goods and documents swiftly through the customs clearance process is vital to any company operating in today’s globally connected world. A reliable customs declaration solution to ensure the process works rapidly and costs effectively whilst adhering to the latest requirements of local customs authorities is a key element of this.
TNETS V4.0 is the customs clearance processing system that helps importers, exporters, freight forwarders and NVOCCs exploit the information inherent within their business systems to comply with customs declarations requirements efficiently and easily.
